BIG TREES, available in over 25 different species and several sizes, are easy available directly to you from Instant Shade's Big Tree Inventory. Typically, the species that grow best in our region of the country are provided. You can follow the Step-by-Step process listed below to see if you're ready for some Instant Shade.

Step 1:

Site Inspection

Instant Shade representative visits job site to examine size & scope of project. Representative determines accessibility with regards to height, width, grade of slopes and rock conditions.

Step 2:

Mark Utilites

Dig Safe [KS] or Dig Rite [MO] will be called by Instant Shade. Instant Shade will be a least 2 ft. away from any utility for spade work. All sub-owned conduit or other underground utilities not marked by Dig Safe or Dig Rite, as well as sprinklers, are the customer/ homeowner's responsibility. In some cases, a digging release waiver may be asked to be signed before any work will begin.

Step 3:

Estimate

Instant Shade will provide a printed estimate of the work to be done with a dollar amount and correct tax amount depending on location of work.

Step 4:

Verify & Schedule Transplanting

Verification is made that the said amount to perform tree transplanting is valid and work is to be scheduled. Work is scheduled anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks out which is can be either much shorter of a time period or much longer weather pending.

Step 5:
